Description

You will design, integrate, and validate Test Program Sets (TPSs) for the Next Generation Interceptor program with a primary focus on test software.

Responsibilities

• Design test software based on requirements and integrate it with test consoles and hardware.
• Develop technical solutions through collaboration with E&T functions and Production Operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware to identify defects in manufactured test adapters.
• Organize reviews following the LM MFC Design Assurance Process.
• Provide frequent status updates to management regarding program progress.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's degree.
• Proficiency in NI Development Suite, including LabVIEW, Lab Windows CVI, and TestStand.
• Hands-on experience working in engineering labs and production facilities.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and test equipment drawings.
• Experience in both software and hardware design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills for management presentations.
• Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of fundamental electro-optical principles.
• Experience interpreting complex Test Requirements.
