Description

You will design, integrate, and validate Test Program Sets (TPSs) for the Next Generation Interceptor program, focusing on test software and hardware integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test software based on technical requirements.
• Integrate test software with test consoles and hardware systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware to identify defects in manufactured test adapters.
• Organize reviews following the LM MFC Design Assurance Process.
• Provide frequent status updates to management regarding program progress.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 6+ years with a Master's).
• Proficiency in NI Development Suite: LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and TestStand.
• Hands-on experience in engineering labs and production facilities.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and test equipment drawings.
• Experience in both software and hardware design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills for management presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of fundamental electro-optical principles.
• Experience interpreting complex Test Requirements.
