Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Quality Analyst with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Playwright, JavaScript, and Page Object Model (POM) design patterns, with solid experience using Postman for API testing and Git for version control. Experience with CI/CD integration and JMeter is a strong plus.---

Key Responsibilities

· Automation Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with JavaScript, adhering to the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern to ensure scalability and maintainability.

· API Testing: Develop and execute automated API tests using tools like Postman and custom scripts to validate backend services.

· Performance Testing (Optional): Assist in setting up and maintaining performance testing scripts and scenarios using JMeter.

· Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test cases.

· Defect Management: Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.

· Regression Testing: Perform regression testing and maintain existing automated test suites.

· Reporting: Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

· Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve the automation framework and testing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 3–5 years of experience in software test automation

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

· Automation Expertise: Proven experience in software testing automation, especially with Playwright and JavaScript.

· Design Patterns: Strong understanding and practical application of the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.

· API Testing: Hands-on experience with API automation testing using tools like Postman.

· Testing Methodologies: Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case design, defect lifecycle, and test management.

· Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.

· Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Performance Testing: Experience with performance/load testing using JMeter or similar tools.

· CI/CD Integration: Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and integrating automation tests into them.

· Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

· Additional Tools: Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks
