Description

You will lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications on the Microsoft .NET stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise solutions, ensuring quality and scalability from concept through deployment.
• Collaborate with BAs, QA, DevOps, and PMs to drive project delivery and technical alignment.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, preferably using GitLab.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best coding practices, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Take ownership of technical decision-making and architectural design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Deep proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and VB.NET.
• Advanced experience building Web APIs/REST APIs using modern .NET frameworks.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including ReactJS and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of Entity Framework for data access.
• Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and drive technical direction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Asp.net Mvc.
• Knowledge of OOPs principles in .NET context.
