Description

You will design and implement training curricula for a PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project.

Responsibilities

• Design training content for system users, support staff, and trainers, including web-based and instructor-led courses.
• Develop instructional materials such as job aids, videos, course outlines, and supplementary technical documentation.
• Conduct on-site and web-based training sessions covering software solutions and technical processes.
• Manage training programs in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management Systems.
• Research and recommend training methods, vendors, and instructional media to meet customer needs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing training curricula.
• 5+ years of experience conducting classes on software solutions, IT security, system installation, or software maintenance.
• Expertise in MS Office Suite 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with web-based learning management systems (LMS) and e-Learning authoring tools.
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft, ERP systems, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work within the Scrum framework.
• Experience breaking down complex subjects into modular units of instruction with integrated graphics.
• Proven ability to estimate work, set deadlines, and collaborate via remote tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering technical training in cloud-based technology.
