Description
You will own the development, maintenance, and support of the zTPF production environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute all stages of the development cycle including analysis, design, coding, and testing.
- Perform software maintenance and implement system enhancements.
- Conduct dump analysis, troubleshooting, and general software testing.
- Manage workloads and meet deadlines independently within an agile team.
- Provide off-hours support as required for 24/7 coverage.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of full-time current experience as a zTPF Application Programmer.
- Current programming experience in zTPF (within the last year).
- Proficiency in Assembler, SABRETALK, and IBM TPF Tool Kit.
- Experience with CVS tools.
- Deep understanding of the zTPF environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
