Description

You will own the establishment and enforcement of front-end architectural standards across the application ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce ReactJS conventions, including Module Federation for micro-frontends and versioning strategies.
• Define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for page errors and Web Vitals, implementing Real User Monitoring (RUM) and error tracking.
• Enforce performance budgets and implement Lighthouse CI checks to drive continuous performance improvement.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of a scalable, token-based design system for visual consistency.
• Govern third-party script usage and optimize data loading strategies to minimize waterfalls and improve load times.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UI development, with 4+ years specializing in ReactJS and front-end architecture.
• Deep experience with Module Federation and micro-frontend architectures.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and ESLint for static analysis and code quality.
• In-depth knowledge of performance optimization strategies, including code-splitting and critical-path rendering.
• Experience with unit and E2E testing frameworks, such as Jest and Cypress.
• Familiarity with Web Vitals, RUM, and log aggregation tools.
• Experience applying Content Security Policy (CSP) and performing dependency audits.
• Knowledge of GraphQL for data loading strategies.
