Description

You will design high-quality user interfaces for web, mobile, and responsive experiences, ensuring visual consistency and polish across all products.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand guidelines into intuitive UI designs using strong visual principles like typography, color theory, and grid systems.
• Define interaction patterns, states, and transitions, including micro-interactions, to enhance usability.
• Contribute to design systems using Atomic Design methodology, managing design tokens and component libraries.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes with detailed specifications for developer handoff.
• Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and advocate for inclusive design practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in UI design, product design, or digital design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI, interaction design, and design systems work.
• Deep understanding of visual design fundamentals, responsive/adaptive design, and motion design.
• Experience building scalable design systems, component libraries, and applying Atomic Design.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with developers and support design-to-development handoff.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with usability testing, user research, and AI-assisted design tools.
