Description

Lead the design and development of a front-end component library for consumer-facing applications across multiple lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Build new UI components using React and AngularJS based on visual, interaction, and accessibility specifications.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions for individual components and the library as a whole.
• Research new technologies to incorporate into the component library.
• Develop tooling mechanisms for the component library within continuous integration pipelines.
• Provide guidance to application development teams on front-end best practices and library usage.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Software Development with 4+ years specifically in UI Development.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript and ES6.
• Proficiency with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with AngularJS.
• Experience with React and related technologies.
• Knowledge of JavaScript unit test frameworks and assertion libraries.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Gather and implement developer feedback to improve library usability and adoption.
