You will lead the functional design and architecture of application systems across multiple platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical infrastructures, including programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements, development processes, workflows, and coding standards.
• Develop high-level product specifications focusing on system integration, feasibility, and data processing logic.
• Oversee development teams to ensure alignment with design objectives, quality, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers while piloting new technologies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX design and front-end development.
• Expertise in Figma for advanced UX and visual design.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS following latest best practices.
• Hands-on experience with UI frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Proven experience building user experiences for large-scale e-commerce platforms.
• Solid understanding of WCAG guidelines and designing accessible products.
• Experience contributing to UI Kits and Design Systems from both design and development perspectives.
• Ability to work in Agile environments collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and business units.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or interest in learning content management systems (CMS) such as AEM.
