Description

You will design intuitive, user-centered digital solutions by applying design thinking principles to solve complex user problems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop design assets including storyboards, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to align designs with business objectives.
• Conduct informal user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on design concepts.
• Work with development teams to ensure design fidelity and contribute to scalable design systems.
• Build responsive and accessible interfaces that meet both user and business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design roles.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong foundation in Design Thinking and user-centered design.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to create journey maps, wireframes, and sitemaps.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
