Description

You will build the technical bridge between public-facing websites and payment processing architecture, owning the design, development, and migration of secure eCheck (ACH) payment modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build web-based eCheck payment modules, backend services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Integrate new solutions with existing enterprise and legacy systems for scalable transaction processing.
• Ensure strict compliance with PCI-DSS, NACHA guidelines, and data protection standards.
• Design and implement responsive, accessible customer-facing payment interfaces.
• Lead the migration of code from TFS to Azure DevOps (ADO) with Git and manage CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system integration and software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java or .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, API Management).
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and migration from TFS to Git-based repositories.
• Proven experience building secure transaction-based systems, including encryption and banking workflows.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in government, utilities, or other highly regulated environments.
