You will manage end-to-end IT recruitment for the US market during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT roles.
• Manage candidate pipelines and communication throughout the hiring process.
• Operate within the 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST shift schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Proven track record in sourcing and placing IT professionals in the US market.
• Ability to work permanent night shifts (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST).
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate qualification.
