You will lead end-to-end IT recruitment processes specifically for the US market.

Responsibilities

• Manage US stakeholder relationships to align on hiring requirements.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Drive end-to-end IT recruitment for the US market.
• Work independently without constant supervision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven track record in US stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of IT recruitment workflows.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage full lifecycle recruitment independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with US-based hiring managers.
• Knowledge of US labor laws and recruitment compliance.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
