Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for direct US-based clients in a metrics-driven environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates via job portals and networking sites.
• Manage diverse IT requirements including Java, .Net, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, UNIX, HTML, DHTML, and XML.
• Drive high conversion ratios from submittals to interviews and successful placements.
• Meet established recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for operations and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members and business unit heads on sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, and pipeline management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Deep understanding of US employment types including W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT.
• Knowledge of US benefits and compensation structures.
• Technical sourcing experience in Java, .Net, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, UNIX, HTML, and DHTML.
• Ability to work within metrics-driven environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for direct clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
