You will design and improve digital products by creating user-centered solutions that balance functionality with aesthetics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform user research using interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
• Develop personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform design decisions.
• Generate wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups to communicate user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align designs with project goals and technical constraints.
• Conduct usability testing and use actionable feedback to iteratively refine design solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in UX design.
• Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews and surveys.
• Proficiency in creating user flows, journey maps, and personas.
• Experience building wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Ability to produce detailed high-fidelity mockups.
• Experience conducting usability testing and iterative design cycles.
• Background in working within cross-functional teams of developers and product managers.
