Description

You will design and optimize internal digital products through research-driven, end-to-end user experience solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research sessions to identify workflows, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate findings into actionable insights, journey maps, and design direction.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex service experiences.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
• Plan usability testing and iterate solutions based on user feedback.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UX, product, or service design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience working in enterprise or internal-product environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing design systems or UX guidelines.
• Facilitating outcome-driven workshops.
• Service design methodology expertise.
