Description

You will design user experiences and define requirements for enterprise applications, bridging UX research with technical implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct UX research, create user personas, and map customer journeys to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma to validate concepts with stakeholders.
• Gather functional requirements and perform gap analysis to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with development teams within Agile or Waterfall SDLC environments to deliver solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate design rationale effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design and business analysis roles.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with relational databases and enterprise application structures.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for complex enterprise applications.
• Background in both UX research and technical implementation.
