Description

You will lead UX strategy, research, and interaction design for complex enterprise applications. You will own the end-to-end experience from discovery through delivery, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts to define user needs and business goals using Design Thinking methodologies.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to generate actionable insights.
• Create user journeys, personas, and information architecture structures for complex digital platforms.
• Design intuitive interaction patterns and create wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with UI Designers, Product Owners, and Developers to deliver clear design specifications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or digital design.
• Expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for interaction design and prototyping.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, interaction design, and complex problem-solving.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and information architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise applications and complex workflows.
• Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative research data into design recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with analytics and behavioral insights tools.
