Description

You will own the user experience strategy and interaction design for complex enterprise applications and workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define UX strategy and information architecture for enterprise products.
• Design complex workflows and interaction models using user-centered methodologies.
• Conduct and synthesize UX research to inform design decisions.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and specifications in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Engage stakeholders to align design outcomes with business KPIs and product metrics.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or digital design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for design and prototyping.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design and complex problem-solving.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and information architecture.
• Experience conducting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative UX research.
• Proven ability to design for enterprise applications and regulated industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with analytics and behavioral insights tools.
• Experience aligning UX strategies to business KPIs and product metrics.
