Description

Design intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces for web and mobile applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points.
• Develop information architectures, sitemaps, and user flows for logical navigation.
• Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups to iterate on design concepts.
• Design user interfaces that maintain branding consistency and follow UX best practices.
• Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and ensure WCAG accessibility compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional UX design experience.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and finished interfaces.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing usability tests.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and must work within the U.S.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
