Description

Lead end-to-end UX design for digital products, driving discovery through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design from discovery to delivery across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with program goals.
• Develop service blueprints and customer journey maps with service designers to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to co-design solutions and align on experience priorities.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions for complex problems.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, and other UX deliverables to validate concepts and solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX Design.
• Advanced proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping and service blueprinting methodologies.
• Ability to translate business objectives and research findings into actionable design strategy.
• Strong facilitation skills and excellent interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Figma and facilitation tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related field.
