Description

You design human-centered experiences for customer portals, enterprise applications, and e-commerce platforms, leading UX initiatives and delivering strategic solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX initiatives and deliverables, supporting design leadership across projects.
• Conduct user research, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and define information architecture.
• Drive strategically sound UX solutions by uncovering business, stakeholder, user, and content requirements.
• Collaborate with visual designers and developers to build integrated solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies as required.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional UX Design experience.
• Strong command of user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Ability to produce deliverables such as personas, user journeys, experience maps, and wireframes.
• Proficiency with wireframing tools like Figma.
• Experience operating within Agile environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in User Experience or a related field.
• Experience with B2B or B2C e-commerce platforms.
