Description

Lead the design process for complex digital applications and e-commerce platforms across web, mobile, and touch devices.

Responsibilities

• Create low and high-fidelity interactive prototypes, wireframes, and detailed interaction specifications.
• Translate usability research findings into design improvements and collaborate with researchers to define test plans.
• Drive the design of navigation schemes, patterns, components, and templates to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Partner with developers and product managers to support implementation and verify bug fixes with QA.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of UX design experience for web, mobile, and touch-based interfaces.
• Proven experience designing for e-commerce or transaction-based sites and applications.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, and Miro.
• Deep understanding of iOS and Android mobile UI guidelines and patterns.
• Proficiency in building advanced wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and their impact on UX.
• Solid understanding of front-end web technologies.
• Experience working within large, cross-functional teams on complex projects.
• Ability to define scope and create schedules even when requirements are unclear.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with information architecture (IA), workflow mapping, and page functionality documentation.
