Responsibilities

• Define the visual and interactive user experience for products.
• Lead the development of engaging, positive user experiences and intuitive interfaces.
• Inspire product teams to integrate high-fidelity UX into current and future development efforts.
• Champion the integration of user experience concepts and the UX team within the organization.
• Create user-focused concepts and end-to-end journeys aligned with brand guidelines and design systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UX design.
• Expert-level fluency with Figma.
• Proven experience with design systems and responsive design.
• Strong visual design skills and ability to communicate design ideas.
• Experience working within agile software development environments.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards.
• Background in Interaction Design or Human Computer Interface.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant design discipline or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting Design Thinking exercises and workshops.
