Description

You will lead user experience design efforts from initial ideation through to future-state implementation within Salesforce Service Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate research insights into sketches, wireframes, and clickable prototypes.
• Develop detailed user flows and experience flows at the feature level.
• Partner with Solutions Architects to transform complex problems into usable components within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Facilitate ideation and flow analysis sessions using Miro boards.
• Drive the creation of user stories and storytelling to support product roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in User Experience design within a corporate or agency environment.
• Expertise in Figma for producing high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
• Direct experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including an understanding of out-of-the-box configurations and limitations.
• Proficiency in Miro for solution design and flow mapping.
• Strong foundation in human-centered design methodologies and core interaction design.
• Expert knowledge of user interface design guidelines and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple project components simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing specifically for associate-centric and client-centric solutions.
