Design high-fidelity, production-ready UI for complex enterprise products, ensuring accessibility and practical solutions for business teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create desktop and responsive web application designs from concept to visual execution.
• Partner with clients, product owners, and business teams to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Manage and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional UX/UI experience in enterprise or agency environments.
• Expertise in creating high-fidelity UI for complex workflows.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Strong conceptual thinking and communication abilities.
• Experience working directly with research participants or stakeholder teams.
• Proven track record of solving client problems demonstrated in an online portfolio.
• Bachelor's degree in UX, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within established design systems.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with data visualizations, animation, storyboard/writing, or usability studies.
