Description

You will lead design strategy and execution for complex ERP and SaaS projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define design strategy and vision for high-quality project solutions.
• Create wireframes, user interfaces, and prototypes for ERP and SaaS products.
• Lead client-facing meetings to gather requirements and define design direction.
• Mentor junior designers and interns through regular feedback and collaboration.
• Manage multiple projects with variable requirements and team compositions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and other prototyping tools.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proven track record in Design Leadership.
• Experience building wireframes and user interface designs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio containing case studies that detail design process and outcomes.
• Experience working on ERP and SaaS projects.
