Description

You will lead creative workstreams and oversee the production of design deliverables for assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review creative workstreams to ensure high-quality output.
• Create and oversee design deliverables including comps, style guides, branding, creative briefs, graphics, and layouts.
• Contribute to architecture-focused deliverables such as information architecture, taxonomy, and content structures.
• Develop wireframes and iterate with clients based on feature requirements.
• Translate wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and ensure timely delivery through rapid iteration.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant design experience.
• Expertise in visual design, UI design principles, layouts, graphics development, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Sketch.
• Deep knowledge of UX architecture, research, usability, and content strategies.
• Experience designing customer-facing websites for retail clients.
• Proven ability to design for mobile web and mobile app layouts.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to understand and articulate the technical feasibility of design solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills to transfer designs to technical developers.
