Description

Drive the end-to-end product design process from research to high-fidelity execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute user-centered design and design thinking methodologies to build UX roadmaps.
• Conduct design thinking workshops with executive leadership and gather requirements from business stakeholders.
• Perform user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Create detailed low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups and document interaction designs.
• Audit developed designs to identify and communicate errors to development teams.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in product design.
• Proven portfolio showcasing specific artifacts and individual involvement in projects.
• Expertise in User Interface Design and Interaction Design.
• Deep knowledge of User-centered Design and Design thinking.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools.
• Ability to articulate design rationale and conduct design walkthroughs for technical teams.
• Experience managing design projects both independently and within a team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Mentor fellow designers and conduct peer design reviews.
