Description

Lead validation of BMC firmware and platform management features on embedded systems, owning the full test lifecycle from strategy to sign-off.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain test strategies, plans, and execution for BMC features, including out-of-band management, security, and platform integration.
• Validate BMC management interfaces and protocols such as Redfish, IPMI 2.0, and PMBus communications.
• Build automated test suites and CI pipelines to improve coverage and test efficiency.
• Root-cause issues using logs, traces, and hardware instruments while driving fixes with vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BMC validation, embedded systems testing, and firmware debugging.
• Proficiency with IPMI and Redfish protocols.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++.
• Solid background in Embedded Linux environments.
• Experience with Hardware Debugging and Test Automation.
• Familiarity with System Architecture concepts.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
