Description

You own the validation and quality oversight of enterprise and lab systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise systems including ServiceNow, QMS, ERP platforms, Veeva EDC, Compass, RIM, lab data management, and manufacturing solutions.
• Review and assess quality events, including CAPAs and deviations.
• Develop and review project deliverables while enforcing traceability and compliance through all process phases.
• Analyze test outcomes and provide guidance for system implementations and enhancements.
• Identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and maintain transparent communication across the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the validation of enterprise, lab, or quality systems.
• Expertise with ServiceNow, QMS, ERP Platforms, Veeva EDC, and ALM.
• Mastery of ITIL and GAMP5 validation lifecycle processes.
• Experience applying both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong technical writing and documentation best practices.
• Hands-on system expertise in Veeva, ServiceNow, and ALM with e-signature functionality.
