Lead characterization and validation efforts for high-speed interfaces, focusing on SERDES analysis and hardware testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform SERDES characterization using high-speed scopes, BERTs, and VNAs.
• Develop automation scripts and testing frameworks using Python.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment for hardware validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and communicate technical findings.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with high-speed scopes, BERTs, and VNAs.
• Proficiency in Python for automation techniques.
• Bachelor's Degree in EE, CS, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C++ or FPGA design.
• Knowledge of board design or Signal Integrity.
