Description

You will own the full lifecycle of web application development, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design scalable solutions in collaboration with technical and functional staff.
• Develop robust applications using object-oriented techniques, ensuring unit testing and deployment readiness.
• Prototype, test, and debug programs alongside Project Managers and end users.
• Provide EDI support, including requirements analysis and resolving data transmission conflicts with external partners.
• Evaluate agency web application architecture to inform design and business decisions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#.
• 5+ years of experience with the MVC Framework.
• 5+ years of experience with .NET Framework and ASP.NET.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle SQL.
• Current working experience with Web Services.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing security issues in multi-language applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
