Description

Design and develop RESTful web services for banking stakeholders. Own the full lifecycle from requirements alignment to batch processing workflows and data persistence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable RESTful web services.
• Collaborate with banking service developers and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Apply Enterprise Integration Patterns and SOA principles to service architecture.
• Develop batch processing workflows and robust data persistence layers.
• Manage API documentation using Swagger and ensure code quality via testing frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 11 or 17.
• Experience with the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring JPA.
• Expertise in RESTful Web Services and REST client frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server and general database management.
• Proficient in Git for version control.
• Experience with Tomcat application server.
• Hands-on testing experience with JUnit, Postman, or SOAPUI.
