Description

You will manage enterprise identity, messaging, and collaboration systems within a Windows and Microsoft ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory environments, including domain design, user management, group policies, and replication.
• Administer Azure Active Directory, focusing on directory synchronization, single sign-on (SSO), and identity governance.
• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 messaging systems.
• Support Microsoft Teams and collaboration platforms, ensuring compliance and system integration.
• Manage security tools including anti-spam filters, malware scanners, and encryption solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows systems administration.
• Expertise in Active Directory management and domain design.
• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory administration and SSO.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
• Experience managing Microsoft Teams and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Ability to implement anti-spam, malware scanning, and encryption technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response capabilities.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles for service management.

Preferred Skills

• Mid-level experience with multi-cloud environments including AWS and OCI.
• Knowledge of VMware/virtualization platforms and Backup/Disaster Recovery solutions.
