Description

You will act as a Systems Architect designing technology solutions that meet agency business requirements and security standards. You will own the release pipeline for COTS business applications, managing installation, configuration, and testing in collaboration with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Architect computerized systems by defining components, interactions, interfaces, and resource requirements.
• Provide L3 technical support for enterprise-level distributed MS Windows server environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve OS configurations, storage, networking, and Stealth COI issues.
• Perform system performance tuning, log analysis, and security evaluations to recommend upgrades or replacements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience defining computerized system architectures.
• 84 months of experience translating business requirements into technical infrastructure and architecture design documentation.
• 84 months of experience as a Server Administrator performing L3 support for COTS applications on Windows OS, IIS, Tomcat, and WebLogic.
• 84 months of experience managing authentication using Active Directory, SSO with SAML v2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• 84 months of experience performing L3 support for system interconnects including networks, Stealth firewall software, and F5 Load Balancing.
• 84 months of experience using diagnostic tools such as WireShark, Process Monitor, Netstat, Ping, Traceroute, and TelNet.
• 60 months of experience using Splunk for log analysis, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
• 24 months of experience with PowerShell, WMI, or other scripting languages for automation.
