Description

You will support electronic market making activities by managing a scope of approximately 800 to 3500 servers.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and lead the Level 3 Windows server support team within an agile feature team.
  • Manage configuration and industrialization to ensure operational stability across the server scope.
  • Execute incident, request, and change management following the ITIL framework.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and IT operations through API development and scripting.
  • Perform maintenance and overtime operations outside of standard business hours to support market making activities.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and Microsoft administrative solutions.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
  • Hands-on experience with the ITIL framework.
  • Direct experience working within the financial domain.
  • Knowledge of Windows systems performance tuning and high-performance best practices.
  • Experience working in an agile/Scrum environment.
  • Ability to manage large-scale server environments.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Python programming.
  • API development for IT operations automation.
