Description

You will manage, secure, and optimize Windows-based infrastructure and critical SQL systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022).
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows patching.
• Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server environments and optimize queries.
• Implement backup, recovery solutions, and disaster recovery plans.
• Maintain security best practices through system hardening and vulnerability management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Windows system administration within mid to large-scale environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server installation, maintenance, scripting, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix.
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals including TCP/IP, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management processes.
