Description

You will maintain and optimize Windows-based infrastructure while supporting critical SQL systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows patching.
• Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network performance issues.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Windows system administration in mid to large-scale environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (installation, maintenance, scripting, performance tuning).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Patching.
• Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix).
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tcp/ip networking protocols.
