Act as a deep-level escalation resource for global wireless operations and next-generation deployment planning.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer Cisco wireless solutions for large buildings, accounting for diverse environmental factors.
• Perform wireless site surveys and plan WiFi radio deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex wireless connectivity issues using specialized diagnostic tools.
• Implement and configure monitoring tools to proactively identify network issues before user impact.
• Provide technical expertise for new wireless design plans and large-scale deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in wireless engineering.
• Deep familiarity with Cisco enterprise wireless infrastructure and Cisco Systems products.
• Expertise in conducting wireless site surveys.
• Strong proficiency in WiFi radio planning and configuration.
• Advanced wireless troubleshooting capabilities.
• CCNP Wireless certification or equivalent depth of knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on expertise with Cisco ISE and DNA Center (DNAC).
