You will own the development, customization, and optimization of WordPress and Shopify platforms. Your work ensures high performance, security, and seamless third-party integrations for client stores.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and WooCommerce stores.
• Build and optimize Shopify themes using Liquid and the Shopify API.
• Ensure website performance, security standards, and full responsiveness.
• Integrate third-party applications, payment gateways, and REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PHP and MySQL development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend implementation.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on expertise with WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid templating and API integration.
• Ability to optimize web performance and security.
• Proficient in Git version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance optimization techniques for e-commerce platforms.
• Background in integrating complex third-party payment gateways.
