Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex enterprise integrations using the Workato platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable and secure integrations across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and ITSM systems.
• Develop advanced recipes, custom connectors, and API orchestration flows.
• Establish governance and lifecycle management standards, including version control and naming conventions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Mentor developers on recipe design, error handling, and platform optimization.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in integration architecture with 3+ years of direct Workato experience.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Jira, and Slack.
• Deep understanding of REST, OAuth2, webhooks, and API design.
• Proficiency with JSON and XML data formats.
• Experience building custom connectors using the Workato SDK.
• Expertise in Workato-specific tools including Recipe functions, Lookup Tables, Data Pills, and Jobs Reports.
• Hands-on knowledge of recipe versioning, modular design, and workspace management.

Preferred Skills

• Workato Automation Pro II or III Certification.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD for Workato deployments.
• Familiarity with other iPaaS tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, or Tray.io.
