Description

You will lead end-to-end Workday projects from scoping and configuration through to testing and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementations for Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting modules.
  • Design and configure Workday Security, Condition Rules, and Calculated Fields.
  • Define system requirements by engaging with HR leaders to align tactical and strategic operations.
  • Execute testing for semi-annual Workday updates and ensure compliance with GDPR and SOX standards.
  • Optimize business processes, security models, and organizational hierarchies to ensure seamless data flow.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience leading Workday projects end-to-end.
  • Expertise in Core HCM, Security, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, and Learning modules.
  • Advanced reporting skills using Workday BIRT, Advanced Reports, Matrix, and Calculated Fields.
  • Integration experience with Workday Studio, PECI/WECI, EIB, Core Connectors, and PRISM.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Time Tracking, including accruals, holiday calendars, and leave of absence configurations.
  • Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, Tableau, SharePoint, Confluence, Adept, and iManage.
  • Experience designing functional specifications, test strategies, and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to analyze HR and Payroll legislative changes to assess system impacts and ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience managing global onboarding automation and maintaining Talent and Performance templates and reviews.
