Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Workday dashboards, applications, reports, and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workday integrations using APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, and Workday Studio.
• Integrate Workday with external technologies and third-party vendor systems.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, accounting, payroll, and legal stakeholders to define business requirements.
• Execute data and analytics strategies specifically for human resources.
• Test and troubleshoot Workday integrations to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Workday development.
• Expertise with Workday Studio and Core Connector for Worker.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, EIBs, PECI, and PICOF.
• Experience managing integrations for Benefits and Cloud Connect for third-party payroll.
• Ability to organize and prioritize projects under strict deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP, or Studio.
• Sound understanding of one or more Workday functional modules.
