Role Description

Design, develop, maintain, test, and troubleshoot Workday dashboards, applications, reports, and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll, and Legal to define business requirements and pain points. Integrate Workday with other technologies and vendor systems and contribute to the HR data and analytics strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Workday dashboards, apps, reports, and integrations.

Develop and support Workday integrations using EIB, CCW, PECI, PICOF, Cloud Connect, Web Services, REST, and SOAP APIs.

Perform XML, XSLT 2.0, and XSLT 3.0 transformations.

Develop and maintain Workday Custom Reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.

Work with Workday Document Transformation and Object Transporter 2.0 (OT2).

Test and troubleshoot Workday integrations.

Define business requirements and address stakeholder pain points.

Integrate Workday with other technologies and vendor systems.

Contribute to and execute the HR data and analytics strategy.

Participate in knowledge capture sessions and help build HP delivery collateral.
