Description

You architect and implement efficient Workday Financials solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements confirmation, solution design, gap analysis, and propose scalable solution options.
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions across Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Contracts-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Grants & Projects.
• Optimize Grants Management processes including Pre/Post Award, Effort Certification, Subawards, Salary Cap, and Award Budget Plans.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to enhance integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, REST/SOAP APIs, and Prism Analytics.
• Lead large-scale ERP migrations (e.g., PeopleSoft to Workday) and automate financial workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• 7+ years focused specifically on Workday Financials.
• Strong expertise in Workday integrations and cross-functional modules (Adaptive Planning, Prism, Extend).
• Proven experience with US GAAP and federal grants compliance.
• Experience designing and implementing security frameworks and data governance strategies.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience automating workflows such as Payroll Reconciliation, Revenue Recognition, and Subaward Tracking.
