Description

You will architect and implement scalable solutions for Workday Financials, leading migrations and ensuring compliance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions across Workday Financials modules, including Core Financials, R2R, and P2P.
• Conduct gap analysis and architect solutions to support existing functionality and address system gaps.
• Lead large-scale ERP migrations from legacy systems, such as PeopleSoft, to Workday.
• Develop automated workflows for key financial processes like Revenue Recognition and Subaward Tracking.
• Design security frameworks, data governance, and FDM structures to ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of dedicated experience in Workday Financials solutions.
• Minimum 10+ years in overall ERP implementations.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday integration tools: Studio, EIB, BIRT, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven experience ensuring compliance with US GAAP and federal grant guidelines.
• Expertise designing solutions for Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, and Contracts-to-Cash.
• Ability to design and implement Extend solutions to address functionality gaps.
• Experience guiding the build of advanced composite and matrix reports using Prism Analytics.
