Description

Architect scalable Workday Financials solutions and lead large-scale ERP migrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions across Workday Financials modules including Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, and Revenue Management.
• Optimize Grants Management processes, covering Pre-/Post-Award, Effort Certification, Subawards, and Award Budget Plans.
• Lead large-scale ERP migrations from legacy systems like PeopleSoft to Workday.
• Design security frameworks, data governance strategies, and FDM structures for financial reporting.
• Build advanced composite reports, matrix reports, and custom analytics using Prism Analytics and Workday Extend.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in ERP implementations with 7+ years dedicated to Workday Financials solutions.
• Active Workday Certification in Financials modules (Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, Revenue Management, Grants Management, Accounting Center, Contracts-to-Cash) valid through 2025 R1.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday integration tools: Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven experience ensuring compliance with US GAAP and federal grants regulations.
• Experience designing and implementing Extend solutions to address functionality gaps.
• Familiarity with cross-functional Workday modules like Adaptive Planning and Prism Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• 5-7 years experience in multi-tenant Workday Financials deployments across the public sector.
• 5-7 years expertise in designing and implementing Accounting Center for cash-basis reporting.
