Description

You will architect and implement solutions for Workday Financials.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable solutions across Workday Financials modules (Core Financials, R2R, P2P, etc.).
  • Conduct gap analysis and architect solutions to support existing functionality and address gaps.
  • Lead large-scale ERP migrations from legacy systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) to Workday.
  • Design and implement security frameworks, data governance, and FDM structures for compliance.
  • Develop and implement automated workflows for key financial processes like Revenue Recognition and Subaward Tracking.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years dedicated experience in Workday Financials solutions.
  • Minimum 10+ years in overall ERP implementations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday integration tools: Studio, EIB, BIRT, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Proven experience ensuring compliance with US GAAP and federal grant guidelines.
  • Expertise designing solutions for Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, and Contracts-to-Cash.
  • Ability to design and implement Extend solutions to address functionality gaps.
  • Experience guiding the build of advanced composite and matrix reports using Prism Analytics.
  • Any Graduate education required.
