You will architect and implement solutions for Workday Financials.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable solutions across Workday Financials modules (Core Financials, R2R, P2P, etc.).
- Conduct gap analysis and architect solutions to support existing functionality and address gaps.
- Lead large-scale ERP migrations from legacy systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) to Workday.
- Design and implement security frameworks, data governance, and FDM structures for compliance.
- Develop and implement automated workflows for key financial processes like Revenue Recognition and Subaward Tracking.
Required Skills
- 7+ years dedicated experience in Workday Financials solutions.
- Minimum 10+ years in overall ERP implementations.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday integration tools: Studio, EIB, BIRT, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proven experience ensuring compliance with US GAAP and federal grant guidelines.
- Expertise designing solutions for Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, and Contracts-to-Cash.
- Ability to design and implement Extend solutions to address functionality gaps.
- Experience guiding the build of advanced composite and matrix reports using Prism Analytics.
- Any Graduate education required.
